Relocating to another country or city is difficult. It's because everything is new to you. I was a little hesitant and scared when I first got the news from my boss that I have to move to Melbourne. Going on holidays is different but relocating to a new environment is challenging. However, for me Corporate Relocation to Melbourne was like a dream come true. I was on the lookout for a furnished two-bedroom apartment. But the rental prices were more than I could afford. Consultants have adequate knowledge of the place, so I handed the responsibility over to them. Within no time they mailed me several accommodations, which were up for rent. All I had to do is select one.
Furnished Apartments have the basic amenities as well as luxury elements. Basic amenities you can expect to find in both furnished and unfurnished apartments include fridge, cooking range (gas or electric), washing machine, sofa, bed, table and chairs. I don't pay for the monthly maintenance fees, and the landlord is responsible for rates and building insurance.
